Video transcoding stuck at 99%! x264_x265, 1 or 2 pass. None works!

Anyone has faced the same trouble!?

Hi Stanley

Well it seems that it works with the latest release; but actually there is still some problem.
The transcoding speed in latest versions is low compare to 0.8.34 Build 5716 (with the same transcode settings); the new versions actually doesn't use all my cpu power (only 50% and less). I stuck to that version (0.8.34 Build 5716) because of the speed. I transcode my Blu-Rays to small mkv file using x265 encoder (2pass). I usually get 27x to 30x speed when I use mediacoder 0.8.34 Build 5716, while with the new versions the speed drops to 16x and less. After playing around a bit with Mediacoder I realised that there is a file called mencoder.exe causing this and doesn't let the program to use all my cpu power. That file doesn't exist in the old version mentioned above. So I deleted that file but new versions doesn't work without it. So I really appreciate it Stanley if you could take a look at it and let us know the result.
Thanks in advance

I use an ASUS gaming laptop for transcoding.
CPU: Corei7 4710HQ 4th gen
RAm: 32 gb 2133
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970m
Storage: Samsung SM951 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD

Mine always says 99% while it's muxing the file back together or even after. Luckily the completed file is in the folder.
