Problems with frame rate conversion

Hello,

first of all thanks for such a great Tool! MediaCoder rocks!

But i stepped over a problem that is not easy discovered. I have a lot of Stock Footage and from time to time i need to convert the frame rate of some files.
When converting this file http://www.cutestockfootage.com/stock-v ... -8508.html
from 29.97 to 25 fps the resulting file is not running smooth. Seems as if te converter is throwing away some frames.
When i convert with other Programs (ClipToolz Convert, Handbrake) the conversion is somewhat better.

Maybe you can check that.
