I have read thru almost the whole forum but not able to figure out how to get the Divx format in the drop down list in Media Coder. I have Divx3,4 and even 5. I followed one of the forum instruction to copy over the Divx.dll file from the system32 to the MediaCoder/Codecs folder. But still not successful.
Appreciate any help as I am totally lost at what to do next.
Also, does anyone have settings for Epson P2000?
Thanks in advance.

Choose MPEG4. It's equal to divx4.

I have tried that. Unfortunately, my Epson P2000 does not recognize the file although it's suppose to be able to play MPEG4 file. I know that it can play DivX as I have tried with some DivX files before.
Am I missing something that cause the DivX not to show up in the dropdown list for selection?

Check the codec label of the file with a fourcc changer. If it says FMP4 change it to DIVX. Or set the fourcc to DIVX when encoding.

An alternative is to use XviD and set Settings->video encoders->Xvid->Use Divx fourcc to Yes.
