Audio/Video sync issues after Mediacoder build 4672

Am I the only one that experiences audio/video sync issues in versions after Mediacoder ipod edition build 4672? I keep updating hoping for new features/better speed, but every time I do I find that audio sync is off in every encode I do.. so I go back to my trusty old 4672.

you have sync-problems only with ipodedition?
how much differenc after one hour?

I have the same problem with build 4742... I haven't update it for a long time which has no sync issue with the very same video.
A 40-mins. encoded from avi format, starts losing its audio-video sync at about 15mins. run. When it gets to about 20-mins. it gets seriously noticeable.
