I don't know how to change the Container Bitrate and some other settings. Is it in Media Coder, a function that create y the XML preset from a video ?

To save or load a preset use File > Save or Load A Preset options

If have two videos to transcode and are loaded into mediacoder, the current settings you have set will be used for both.

Dending on State > Done or Undone. These States can be chosen using the Set Item State, when the right mouse button is clicked on a loaded file name.

eliasuke: welcome to the Forum!
What you have listed is not a Preset. It is merely a listing of properties for a file from MediaInfo.
For a discussion on setting a Preset, see: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8131
Also, you might like to learn more by reading the Tips & Guides section (link below).

And to set up MediaCoder to get a simliar set of file characteristics, you only need to set some basic values on the main tabs, the Video, Audio, Picture and Container tabs.
When I get time later today I will experiment to get an MP4 file with similar features and let you know!

Have just converted a file into another with approximately the same results in MediaInfo.
I used:
Video tab: Format/Mode/Source/Encoder = H264/varaible at 50/FFmpeg/Auto select
and at right: Profile=High, Level=5.1, Preset=medium and B-frames=3
Audio tab: Encoder/Format/Source/Resample = FAAC/LC-AAC/Auto/48000 Hz
and at right: Average bitrtae = 32, MPEG4 checked and AAC in the lower panel
Container tab: MP4 as container and the Multiplexer = auto
Picture tab: Resize=128x720, Frame rate = 24000/1001 (becomes 23.976) and Set Display AR = 16:9.

I don't know why you need to have the parameters the same, especially since the video bitrate is awfully low for the frame size of 1280x720, which is a lot of pixels to be described with very few bits of info. Similarly the audio bitrate is a bit low. But that is up to you. If the qality of either is OK for your purposes, then fine. Otherwise increase them.
Experiment!
