MediaCoder keeping files after transcoding

Sorry for my english and if I wrote topic in wrong partition. I just want to ask why after transcoding and creating final files video and audio streams are not removed? There are two files for each a final file. For example, Hungry.264 and Hungry.aac for Hungry.mp4. It happens on latest version 0.7.5.4703 and I didn't have the same problem before. I transcoded avi to mp4 (h264, faac). I hope that somebody will understand my english .
