avi audio convert

avi audio convert

I have an avi and when I burned it to data in nero it only plays on my laptop and not in my divx player.
the audiocodec is 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3
the bitrate is 128 kb/s (64/ch, stereo) CBR Fs 48000 Hz
so I want to try toconvert only the audio to ace3...how do I do that?
