Help converting videos to cell phone LG BL40

Hello guys,

I love movies and sitcoms.

I just bought a LG BL40 Cellphone and I would like some help to convert some videos to its format: mp4, but taking its advantage: it has a 800x345 (21:9 - cinema aspect ratio).

If someone has experience to prepare MediaCoder to this, I would appreciate to receive a step by step.

Media player didn't offer me this resolution yet.
