Editing MP4 adding click track

I need to extract the audio from a MP4 video and add a click track on the beginning and reinstall back into the MP4 retaining the MP4 format to play on a Ipod, is this possible with the MediaCoder program ? I need to know before I purchase the program. Thanks for any input !
