Can I set default output file size for multiple files?

Hi,

I have 20 clips. All of them are different sizes. I would like to make them not bigger than for example 100MB.
Of course I can manualy swich quality and try few times. But how to do it in batch with different sizes (quality changes itself each time)?
Can MediaCoder do this?
