Flash video- vp6 with mpeg2 audio
XviD, LAME MP3 audio, AVI container
So there's flash video I wanted to convert to XviD. I started it in my previous version of MediaCoder (0.7.0.XXXX, not sure), and it was encoding fine, but I needed to stop and work on something else. I decided to give it another shot tonight, but I wanted to update first. So I uninstalled my old version of MC and downloaded the x64 version of the latest full package. I installed it fine, but now I have problems with encoding. When it first starts the process, the Current Task bar fills really quickly. Then it goes back down and apparently starts encoding the file, except it goes EXTREMELY slow, as in 0.08x, which is much slower than before. I tried using an older version (0.7.2.4528), but it couldn't download FFmpeg during installation and I can't figure out how to get it to work myself.
Updated to latest version, now it's broken
