DVD Whole Track/Disc Issue

Ok,
When using media coder, and I try to add a track for regular DVDs that were ripped to my hard drive. It only gives me like the first 1300 seconds of the track. However, I know that usually the movies are over 5000 seconds. The only workaround I have found that is pretty successfully is running vobmerge, and merging the vobs together before I add it as a file in Mediacoder.

While importing the track, I have tried selecting the "whole Disc" option, and the "whole track" option.
