Convert to Nintendo Ds Dpg format?

I've searched around for about an hour and a half and found few post regarding about the Nintendo DS Dpg about 1~3 years ago (earliest being 12/13/09) {didn't get a 100% clear answer and still new to the entire program.} and wanted to see if Media Coder has the function to convert videos to Dpg so I could watch anime on my DS. I have the latest version of media coder being 0.7.2 build 4548 and just wanted to see if theres a function to do such a thing; or if it's currently being developed.

Also sorry if this post sound stupid, the only fuction I managed to work is the UI Plugin for the PSP to make the subs stay on. Still awsome, glad I found media coder in the 1st place.
