Decrypt & Convert NLS BARD 3GP Audiobooks to MP3

I subscribe to the National Library Service Audio Books for the visually impaired program.
These books are downloaded and need to be loaded on specialty cassettes which play on
a player that they furnish.

I want to decrypt and convert these files from 3GP to MP3 or M4B to be played on my PC or IPOD.
I've tried a dozen programs that pop up on Google searches and none do the job.

I have downloaded MediaCoder 7.2.4545 and attempted to convert the files with the followig results.
3 Files returned an Error 17 message.
1 File appeared to convert but a 15,000Kb file returned a 1Kb output file which will not play on any of my 3 players.

Any leads or suggestions please.

Tomnbarb, did you ever find an answer? The supplied player is nice, but I'd like to be able to listen to these audios on my mp3 player.
