PRESET NOKIA N73 (convert FLV or MP4 for Nokia)

I can't convert my FLV or MP4 files downloaded with mozilla. Everytime I want to convert them either comes out a outputed error for the FLV or a muxed error with the audio and video streaming. I just join this forun today so please I need your help, I'm pretty beginner on this so a step by step instruction will be highly appreciated, warm greeting from Lima Peru
