Hebrew Subtitles

I have a subtitles file (.ssa), which I can convert to whichever format necessary. the subtitles are in Hebrew, and medeia coder can't seemto code them properly - any ideas as to how can I do it?

Install FFDshow and use avisynth to decode (make sure to set a directshow source). Enable avisynth decoding on tab marked "avisynth."

If you have everything set up right it ought to work.
