problem with wmv encoding (0.7.1.4492)

hello guys...am using mediacoder build 0.7.0.4399 and does not have the issue of encoding video to wmv9 after setting the audio source to default, but the latest build 0.7.1.4492 fails to encode to wmv9 is there a work around to fix this issue.
