How to do .avi to .flv conversion?

Hi,

I have a simple problem. My file is in .AVI format and I need to make it .FLV format. How can I do it?

What I did so far:

video: format Flash
audio: many options tested (default, Mplayer, Lame MP3, Winmap Input plugins, FFmpeg ....
conteiner: Flash video

Result: it did create .flv file, but when I wanted to hear it over browser (Swish publishing on the net) there was no sound.
What should I do?

I'd like to do this to. Output needs to be flv, nothing else. Is this possible?
