windows ISO distribution package incl. mediacoder?

I would like to know if the mediacoder license permits me to include mediacoder in collections of free software I distribute for free. one of them would include an installer that simply runs the installer for mediacoder. the rest have no installer.

Is this allowed?
I like mediacoder and have been waiting for an ffmpeg for windows for a long time. this includes and outdoes ffmpeg. I like this program, and I would like to know if I can distribute it on ISOs on my web site for free.
