I've just downloaded MediaCoder and have tried converting a .wv file to mp3.
Everything seems to work but when the tracks are played back it is always the first track and sometimes with another on the end.
As suggested I tried playing the selected tracks via the play button and the result is the same.
The .wv file plays ok when I use VUPlayer
I am using the Audio Edition and the version of I am using is 0.7.0.4399 and I'm running on XP.
Input and Output Files can be provided if wanted.
Cheers

Re: converting WavPack to MP3
I'll have a look at uploading the file and the outputs.
The wavpak file contains the tracks off a cd. When converting the wavpak to mp3 mediacoder seems to make an attempt at splitting the file so each track is contained in its own mp3 file. This is what I am want to happen.
I am assuming MediaCoder is using the cue file to do the splitting.
However, instead of track 2 starting after track 1 it starts at track 1 again.
I'm some sort of a programmer and I'm guessing that the where_to_start pointer isn't being updated to the the bginning of track n but is being left at the start of track 1. The where_to_end pointer looks as if it is being updated as all the output files are a different length.
I will have a look at uploading the files and output though.
thanks alot.
