Hello Everyone: I am new to MC. I have been trying to convert MKV with 1 audio and 1 subtitle to an AVI or MP4 for playing back on a portable video player. I am running MC 0.7.1-4430 on a XP Pro SP3 machine. The original MKV file plays back normally in MC. I am using "XviD" under format, and LAME MP3 under audio, and "default" for container. Two problems occurred with conversion: 1, MC converts only the first 8 minutes of the file, then it stops, and reports conversion completed; and 2, there is severe video-audio out of sync issue in the resulting file. (I have not touched the "Time" tab, everything is set to 0:00).
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much!
