Can't seem to be able to create DVD-compatible files?

Hi, everyone. No matter what settings I use, I can't seem to be able to create DVD-compatible MPEG-2 files?

What settings should I be using so that burning program would recognize them as DVD-compatible?

Device -> Plugins -> Disc Player
