Can't access the settings or options. Message is "Close XULMusic", "XULMusic is already running, but not responding", and new window will not open. Don't see this in the task manager and restarting the computer doesn't seem to stop it. Seemed to begin when I played a Flash video in MediaCoder. How to stop this process?

This happens when running MediaCoder as a user. Running as an administrator I don't have this problem. Is this a bug in MC?
