No sound

Hi,
My transcoded files (MOV to AVI or MOV to WMV) have only video, with no sound.
Can anyone help me?

It could be alot of thinigs. We need more info. Did you select the use of audio? For instance mp3, did you select an audio encoder? such as Lame mp3?

I used the config below:

MOV (and others) to WMV

FFMEG Audio Codecs -Option: Set Sample rate 22050
Resample:22050
Down Mix:Disable Gain:0db
Audio ID:0
Language:Empty

Video TAB:
Bitrate slider(or type):768
Rate Mode:Fixed Bitrate
Format:MS-MPEG4-V2
Bitrate Control:Default

Container TAB:
Format: LAVF Option:ASF
Additional Tracks: Empty

Picture TAB:
Resize Video: As required
Crop: As required
Rotation: Disabled (Unless required)
All else Empty

Time TAB:
All set to 00:00 (unless required)

Texts TAB:
All Empty (unless required)

Preview TAB: Select as required

Audio Output Codec (bottom right TABS):
FFMPEG TAB:
Audio Format: MPEG Layer 3
Bitrate Slider(or type):64

Remember to....
RENAME Resulting File to .WMV
