This may be just me, but I compared encoding times using the latest MediaCoder and AllToAvi which both use Mencoder.exe, and for some reason AllToAvi was a lot quicker when encoding the same movie file in under 20 minutes, compared to MediaCoder which took just under an hour...
Any ideas ??? The settings were the same (bitrate/resize/audio etc).???
