Error code 11 (flv to AVI wt MPEG-4+mp3)

I keep getting this error code when I try to transcode. Any suggestions anyone?

Actually I get the message "ffmpeg.exe has stopped working".

That would be the lastest build Media Coder 0.6.2.4275. The original file I am trying to convert is a .flv. Trying to convert it to .avi. My settings that I am using is MPEG4 for the format, AVI for container, bit rate based, 300kps. The audio is LAME MP3, resample is original, preset is custom, rate mode CBR, channel AUTO, bitrate 64.

I had a similar problem with mencoder in build 4266

file path was blank setting it to .\codecs\mencoder.exe fixed that problem

I think he means MPEG4 "format" aka Lavc or libavcodec, the FFMPEG codec that is Divx/Xvid compatible. Might be a problem with FFMPEG in the build.
