Hi! I try encoding video files (avi, mpg) to mp4, i chose the nero audio, the ms-mpeg4-v2 video codec, and the mp4 container, the media Coder (newest release) works, and all times with 99% error...
i tried to the other m4a codecs, but same
plz, somebody help me! plz

Use Xvid instead of MS-MPEG4.

I used Xvid, now the encoding was suscess, but i try play the mp4, and is only audio:( What can i do? I tryed with winamp (only the winamp know the mp4) in the file informastion are audio and video, but the winamp lpay only the audio, plz help

Install corresponding directshow filter (suggest: ffdshow) if you want to play xvid with winamp.

I can play Xvid movies with Winamp. With media coder i choosed: audio: nero video: xvid container: mp4 I have already the fddshow codec. Only with the encoded (with media coder) videos is this "no-video" problem.
