You can disable it by changing Settings -> Generic -> Enable built-in HTTP server to No.

I ment the webserver which is required for the "wizard" and config screens - but I guess the answer is no.

I'm thinking of removing the startup welcome and wizard, but the bulit-in http daemon will not be removed anyway.
