MediaCoder

Quantizer settings in the Xvid encoder are 1-31; Mediacoder quality settings are 100-1. Since these quality settings are used for other video codecs, there is no one-to-one correspondence.

Mediacoder original settings are 150 and 100 i take that as quantization can flutuate between 100 to 150.

Those are the for B-frames, not the overall quantizer setting of the whole file.

Some data, don´t know if useful.
