After I convert .rm to .mpeg, the movie frame is too narrow and skinny.
It there anyway to adjust the output frame size before the conversion?

Basically, you should be able to choose the "Picture" Tab in lower left, then check the "Resize" box, and then choose the Width x Height from the picklist (dropdown arrow) that will give you the aspect ratio you wanted.
For 16:9, you could use something like 720x400. For 4:3 you could use 640x480.
Unfortunately, you seem to be limited to only these picklist choices, and it seems like MediaCoder does not auto-detect correct aspect ratio. Anyway, try the "resize" setting and it should work for you.
