2 problems with mediacoder (one crash, one with a file)

i've just downloaded the latest version (5.0r2), and now when i set the default language for the audiotrack to japanese i get a fatal error...

other problem: i've got a serie of mkv files, which all transcode perfectly, except for one. the debug window says that no video and audio track are found/needed, so it can't transcode. the mkv however plays perfectly in any player i've tried it on....
