AVI -> MP4 using AAC gives me an error in mp4box [SOLVED]

Post by kaizen » Sun Aug 06, 2006 4:06 am

grrrr...trasncoding an XVID+MP3 to H.264+AAC using MP4 containter, I tried with Nero AAC audio, and with FAAC audio. But in the end, the mp4box gives me an error. Why?

NOTE: trascoding MP3 -> AAC using FAAC selecting "Average bitrate 64 kbps", gives an error using MP4 container. Are compatible?

RENOTE: this application it's wonderful. Thanks!!

P.D.: suddenly started to work with NERO AAC, but with FAAC it keeps exploding the mp4box.

Well, maybe that I've making some wrong:

-FAAC with mp4 specified gives me an error, but selecting "auto" MediaCoder makes a fine .m4a audio file.

-H.264 + FAAC gives an error (mp4box). But if I select "auto", MediaCoder makes a .avi file that I can't play.

-H.264 + AAC gives a fine .mp4 file.

Note: I'm using KLMCODECS153.
