I am trying to crop off the letterboxing I have on a program. I have a portable DVD player that stretches to wide screen, but it won't chop off the letterbox. It just distorts it.
How do I take my MPEG2, crop off the top and bottom, then get MPEG2 back out?
The video is currently 544x480 (yes, Dish Network), mp2 audio.
