problem with the video disc player device option

I'm trying to transcode a video .wmv with the device tool , chossing the option video disc player in order to be able to see it on my dvd player.I transcoded the video but it doesn't have audio.I was wondering if someone could tell me what i'm doing wrong.I chose the vcd ntsc format
