Can you please tell me or point me in the direction of someone who knows exactly how to set up the options on the Full Edition for your iPhone?

Since my last post, I've started the process, and my video is now stuck at .4%. I started almost 9 hours ago.
No offense, but does anyone know of another video transcoder, because I'm coming to the conclusion that this one just won't work for me, Full or iPhone Edition.

I don't own any iPhone, so I can't do any experiment to confirm your conclusion.
More importantly, you can build your own "ISO" for your iPhone by analyzing one of the sample files from Apple, the file format, video and audio codecs with suitable bitrates.
Good Luck!

OK, OK, I'll learn how to do the work. But I am going to need someone to give me step-by-step instructions so I can learn. Basically, I need someone to hold my hand through it the first time. And I'm having NO luck with the search option.
Do you know of anyone who knows EXACTLY what to do?

As far as I know when you bought an iPhone you also get OEM disc (CD or DVD) including drivers, programs, guides. Check the disc, there must be specialized converting program for iPhone video files.
