Transcode MP3 Back to CD Format

I need to transcode a few mp3 files back to CD format so they will play on a non-mp3 playing car stereo. Can MediaCoder do that? If so, what is the process?

Burrrn is another alternative for authoring audio cds. The program is freeware.
