auto78900 - Use the procedure I posted before. I know its a little long but it works. At least as of now it is the only solution (I've found) as it hasn't been corrected in any updates of mediacoder

I am also having the same problem. And what it does convert is out of sync.

- MKVtoolnix
- MKVextractGUI (put in the same folder of installation of MKVtoolnix)
- MKVmergeGUI (it's already in the mkvtoolnix, it's the mmg.exe file)
- winLAME

And that's all. The new file will be the same as the old one except that now with the audio in the mp3 format you can transcode the file into whichever format you desire.

Hope this helped you.

Nightscream,

I assume that the MKVmerge only mux into a mkv file, what app should I use if I want to mux into avi?

Thanks
