RM to youtube

hi there

now it runs - all seems to be fine.

what i want to do is the following task: i want to transcode (is this term correct) a rm coded file inot another file - that is able to be (get) uploadet to YouTUBE - just that simple

well - two things i have to manage: Itheduration of the video is 610 seconds - and thei fomat is rm: so i have two tasks on my shedule:

- i have to re-format the .rm into anoter format which is appropiate to YOUTUBE
- i have to shorten the file - (because 610 Seconds are quite tooo long)

Since im am a newby i have to try - i am a complete newby:
I loaded the file called 20.rm into the menu. The windows on the right side shows the propperties: Container, duration, Video data etc.

What do i have to do now?!
i think i ahve to start the transcoding. I selected on the left bottom-side the Container to AVI and choose a sice of 4931 Kbps. What do i have to do now. How to get thei thing running ....`?
