MOV to 3GP, how?

What are the setting to convert a mov file to a 3GP (for use on a SE K750i phone. I am a bit lost in the woods with all these different standards.

I don't know the spec of your phone.
As a usual case, choose Lame as audio encoder, Xvid as video format, MP4 as container.
Go Settings, set Settings -> Container -> MP4Box -> Force MPEG-4 sample description to Yes.
You may also need to resize the video and specifiy an Xvid profile (usually Simple Profile).
