Audio Delay

Hello everyone im using Mediacoder to convert a video from MKV to AVI or L264 the problem is that after the conversion finish the subtitles are fine and the quality of the video is great the problem is that the audio have some delay maybe 2 seconds what can i do to correct that delay.
