mediacoder premium plus Pay for but not received

Hi
I bought mediacoder premium plus on 28th Sept 2017.
Unfortunately my internet connection dropped out during the transaction. As I have not received a confirmation email, I am not sure if the transaction was fully completed.
Could you confirm you have received the funds and send me the links etc. to upgrade from the free edition.
By the way Thank you for an excellent product I have tried a number of others and none have come close in speed, quality or versatility.
