I have a 1.27TB raw avi that I need to convert to h264 mp4. The total size of my hard drive is 2.0TB, which means that I have over 700GB of free space to work with. The resulting mp4 should end up being about 1GB, so why is it that it can't fit in 700GB of free space? The working folder is set to that hard drive, as well as the output file.
The only thing I can think of is that the source file is larger than half of the hard drive. -That it somehow needs about the same amount of free space to work with that the source file is. It worked fine with 700GB and 850GB files, but 1270GB is apparently too much.
Discuss about generic usage of MediaCoder.
