Advanced features won't stop Loading...

I have run into a problem while trying to encode a movie file in both Mediacoder x64 Premium and Mediacoder 0.8.41.5810 under Windows 7. When I click the "Advanced" button (highlighted in red) under the FFmpeg tab to get to the specs window the program says "Loading" and never gets to the specs window and therefore will not allow me to change what is needed.
This same issue happened in older versions as well but not in the free version (before upgrading to Premium).
