I recently bought Phantom 2040 season set on DVD and I noticed something odd with the video track: The picture keeps jumping up and down a tiny bit constantly. I made this handy animated GIF to help illustrate what is going on. Please disregard the slight degradation in quality that resulted from the image format. This is roughly the speed at which this happens when watching the video.



I hope someone better versed in video stuff might have some ideas what is going on here and if there might be any reasonably easy ways to fix it.
