32-bit Mirror #2 down & FileHippo for new mirror?

It appears that, for the latest 32-bit download, mirror #2 is down (navigating to the link brings up a dangerous site warning message on Firefox, then continuing shows their custom 404 page). It seems that FileHippo is hosting this program (http://filehippo.com/download_mediacoder/), how about they get added as a new mirror? I believe FileHippo is a trustworthy site, not to mention a fast one.
