error 014 whenever CPU encoding is used

However, whenever i use CPU(fast) encoding option, the error 014 keeps happening. Can anyone help? Thanks

Error 14 is more based on the settings you've chosen (14 relates to a video encoder error). So what's the settings you set for the video?
