bitrate error with output size mode

hello,
i've a question about the autobitrate file size mode.
if i chose an output file size the bitrate doesn't change, reamin the default 1000k bitrate and the output file size is not correct.
how can i resolve it?

me too auto bitrate output size doesn't work, bitrate 1000k no matter what size i choose :/
