I have a video that it want to cut out a section. How do I do that? I would really appreciate any help

There is already a guide for introduction to trimming: Trimming (clipping) a Video.
Note that some versions of MediaCoder have issues with trimming so you may need to try out different builds. meRobs' testing has shown that x86 builds 5191-5290 work as well as x64 builds 5290-5540. He hasn't tested any builds after that so you'll have to experiment a bit.

Could you please stop the media from auto-playing, it makes it impossible to set the start and stop points.
