MediaCoder 5506 Crashing

When I click on the Picture tab and then click on Effects it crashes. :(

MediaCoder 5506 64 bit

HP Laptop
Windows 7 Home Premium 64
8 Gigs of ram
Intel Core i7-2720QM Sandybridge cpu

I haven't tested 5506, but since it is similar to 5505, I am surprised.
This problem did not occur with 5505.

Note that it suggests an nearlier build.
