My required output is the same configuration with same video and audio quality with 0% loss including the DTS track of 6 channel but the only difference is that i want in AVI format.
Hope u understand and suggest me the best settings for my requirement.

Strange that you want to move to an old format (container), the AVI.
As a first step, you might try setting Container to AVI with Auto Multiplexer and then set Copy Video and Copy Audio on their tabs.
You might then begin with one of the suggestions in the Encoding Guide (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=9643) and change the audio to DTS 6-channel, etc.
If Copy doesn't work, the quality settings are subjective so you should experiment, beginning with the bitrates of the original.
